How DO I Remove Trojan:Win32/Peaac.gen!A!plock?

My anti-virus program gives me a warning about this Trojan:Win32/Peaac.gen!A!plock, I used to think that no virus can escape from my removal tool, but now I find that I’m totally wrong! This virus can stay in my computer without being removed! I can’t tell how many times I have tried to use my removal tool to get rid of it. But all I have done are in vain. What should I do now?
